What’s included in the Customization Service?
All customization services are done professionally and via a Child Theme so you can safely update your theme without loosing the changes/customizations. If a specific function can’t be extended or replaced via Child Theme we will let you know.
You will receive well organized code and commented if needed.
We follow the WordPress standards, so the our code is top quality.
Warranty:
Depending of the customization (medium and large) you will receive a unique license key with 1 to 3 months of warranty. Just in case of any bug or fixes you can face over our customization. (This doesn’t cover problems that were generated by a third party plugin or changes made from other developer on our original code).
How long does it take to complete?
Usually customization are done between 2 ~ 5 business days. If the customization is larger we will let you know the time before request approval.
Taxes:
All prices do not include taxes, depending of your current country you can be charged respectively.
Refunds:
Due the nature of the service, we can’t offer refunds, so we highly recommend to discuss all details via email https://estudiopatagon.com/contact/ before purchasing.
