*Note: the customization service is available for our themes only. We don't accept customization from other authors/developers for the moment.

What’s included in the Customization Service?

• All customization services are done professionally and via a Child Theme so you can safely update your theme without loosing the changes/customizations. If a specific function can’t be extended or replaced via Child Theme we will let you know.

• You will receive well organized code and commented if needed.

• We follow the WordPress standards, so our code is top quality.

Warranty:

Depending of the customization (medium and large) you will receive a unique license key with 1 to 3 months of warranty. Just in case of any bug or fixes you can face over our customization. (This doesn’t cover problems that were generated by a third party plugin or changes made from other developer on our original code).

How long does it take to complete?

Usually customization are done between 2 ~ 5 business days. If the customization is larger we will let you know the time before request approval.

Taxes:

All prices do not include taxes, depending of your current country you can be charged respectively.

Refunds:

Due the nature of the service, we can’t offer refunds, so we highly recommend to discuss all details via email https://estudiopatagon.com/contact/ before purchasing.
